    The ALTA® Wireless Soil Moisture Sensor is a high-accuracy device that measures soil water tension (matric potential) and soil temperature, helping you optimize irrigation, improve crop yields, and monitor soil health. Unlike basic volumetric sensors, this sensor reports matric potential in centibars (kPa)—a more reliable indicator of water availability to plants.

    Designed for precision agriculture, landscaping, and environmental monitoring, it features a wireless design for easy deployment in fields, greenhouses, and research settings. With configurable thresholds, you’ll receive alerts when soil moisture or temperature exceeds your set conditions, enabling proactive response and data-driven decisions.
