This 80-point PLC controller is built for demanding automation projects where strong relay outputs are needed. With 40 digital inputs and 40 relay outputs (5A max load), it is ideal for switching motors, solenoids, contactors, and other mechanical loads in industrial systems.
For added flexibility, the controller supports optional analog expansion with up to 4 AI and 4 AO channels, enabling direct connection of thermocouples, RTDs, and voltage or current signals. It also includes advanced motion and process control features such as high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), pulse outputs up to 100 kHz, PID auto-tuning, interrupts, and interpolation.
Connectivity includes USB, RS232, and dual RS485 as standard, with optional CAN and Modbus support. Program encryption, 32K memory, and adjustable input signal filtering provide security and stability for long-term operation in OEM, factory, and process environments.
