Double Flange-Mounted Differential Pressure Transmitter with 4–20 mA + HART
High-accuracy differential pressure transmitter with double remote flanges and oil-filled capillary design. Provides 4–20 mA + HART output, excellent thermal isolation, and stable performance for measuring liquid, gas, and steam levels in pressurised or closed systems..
The Double Flange-Mounted Differential Pressure Transmitter is a precision instrument engineered for liquid level, flow, and process pressure measurement in industrial environments.
Based on the proven LFT710 Differential Pressure Transmitter, this version adds dual welded remote flanges connected via an oil-filled capillary tube. The fill fluid transmits pressure to the sensing element while completely isolating it from the process medium. This design prevents issues such as crystallisation, solidification, vaporisation, or condensation inside impulse lines, ensuring stable and accurate readings even under changing temperature or process conditions.
The transmitter converts differential pressure into a 4–20 mA DC output with HART communication, allowing easy integration with PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems. Configuration, calibration, and diagnostics are available via HART 375/475 communicator, while a backlit LCD display provides clear local indication of process values.
With a MEMS monocrystalline silicon sensing core, wide range ratio, and high overload protection, this transmitter delivers long-term reliability and accuracy for liquid, gas, and steam applications, including tank-level measurement, pipeline pressure monitoring, and flow control.
