This 48-point PLC controller is designed for applications requiring robust relay output control alongside high-performance processing. With 24 digital inputs and 24 relay outputs (5A max load), it is ideal for switching contactors, solenoids, and other mechanical devices.
In addition to strong relay performance, the controller offers analog expansion with up to 8 inputs and 4 outputs, allowing direct connection to sensors for temperature, current, and voltage monitoring. It supports high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz) and pulse outputs up to 100 kHz, making it suitable for machine automation, process control, and OEM systems.
Standard ports include USB, RS232, and dual RS485, with optional CAN and Ethernet for broader networking. With compatibility for Modbus RTU and Mitsubishi PLC protocols, plus features such as PID auto-tuning, interrupts, encryption, and 32K program capacity, this PLC combines reliability with flexibility.
