This 48-point PLC controller offers maximum flexibility and performance in a compact body. With 24 digital inputs and 24 transistor outputs (500 mA max load), it is designed for automation systems requiring high-speed digital control and rapid response.
It supports up to 8 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs, enabling direct measurement and control of temperature, voltage, and current signals. High-speed counting (up to 60 kHz) and pulse outputs up to 100 kHz make it suitable for motion control, process applications, and OEM systems.
Standard connectivity includes USB, RS232, and dual RS485 ports, with optional CAN and Ethernet for network integration. Supporting Mitsubishi PLC protocols, Modbus RTU, and other serial communication options, it easily connects with HMIs, SCADA platforms, and drives. Advanced features such as PID self-tuning, interrupts, program encryption, and 32K-step memory provide secure and reliable operation.
