This 24-point PLC controller combines high performance with compact design, making it ideal for industrial automation, OEM equipment, and process control. Featuring 12 digital inputs and 12 digital outputs (configurable as transistor, relay, or mixed), it provides versatile control for both mechanical loads and fast pulse-driven devices.
The controller supports advanced functions including multi-channel high-speed counting (up to 60 kHz), pulse outputs up to 100 kHz, PID auto-tuning, and interpolation control. Optional analog inputs (up to 6 channels) and analog outputs (up to 4 channels) expand its capabilities for monitoring temperature, current, and voltage signals directly, reducing the need for external modules.
Connectivity is built in, with USB, RS232, and dual RS485 ports, plus optional CAN bus. Standard protocols such as Modbus RTU and Mitsubishi PLC protocol ensure seamless integration with HMIs, SCADA systems, and variable frequency drives. Program encryption, signal filtering, and a large memory capacity (32K steps and 32K retentive registers) guarantee secure, stable, and reliable performance.
